Packing and shipping operations will be suspended from Wednesday, December 25th to Monday, December 30th.

Orders placed after Saturday, December 21st will be shipped after Tuesday, December 31st. Thank you for your understanding.

You can choose from the following payment methods:

  • Convenience store payments: Seven-Eleven, Lawson, Family Mart, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki (*An additional fee of 220 yen will be charged.)
  • Wallets: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay

About delivery and shipping charges

After confirming your payment, we will ship your order within 10 business days (excluding holidays).

Your item will arrive within 2 to 7 days after shipping.

If you have not received your parcel by the expected arrival date, please check your mailbox for a missed delivery notice.

*Please note that the post office will store your parcel for one week. If a week has passed since you posted your absence notice, your parcel will be returned to you.

*Please note that we cannot resend your order if there is an error in the delivery address.

Domestic shipping fee

Standard shipping fee: 200 yen nationwide

International Shipping Fee

Shipping fee (excluding consumption tax and customs duty)
Korea 3,400 JPY
America 7,900 JPY

The exact shipping cost will be reflected on the checkout screen after adding to the cart. Areas not covered by shipping cannot be checked out on the system.

Returns Policy

We will exchange the following products at our expense:

  • If the product you received is different from the product you ordered
  • If the product arrives damaged due to delivery issues

We take every precaution to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, but if there is any defect in the product you receive, please contact us using the inquiry form within 5 days of receiving the product . In this case, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.


Regarding non-returnable items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following products:

  • Products that have been damaged or soiled due to customer reasons
  • If the item is returned without contacting us with your request for return or exchange
  • Products that have been delivered more than 5 days ago
  • Products that are notified at the time of sale that they cannot be returned or exchanged

Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations, so please check the details of your order before making your selection.
