About Payment Methods

You can choose from the following payment methods:

  • Paidy (postpaid payment)
  • PayPay, Merpay (QR code payment)
  • Wallets: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay

About Shipping and Delivery Fees

We will ship within 14 days after confirming your payment.

The estimated arrival time for products is generally 2 to 7 days after the shipping notification.

If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery date, please check the non-delivery notice in your mailbox.

*The Japan Post office will hold packages for 1 week. Please note that packages will be returned if not claimed within 1 week of the non-delivery notice being left.

*Please understand that we cannot resend packages if there was an error in the delivery address provided.

Domestic Shipping Fee

Standard shipping fee: 300 JPY nationwide

International Shipping Fee

Shipping fee (excluding consumption tax and customs duty)
Korea 3,400 JPY
America 7,900 JPY

The exact shipping cost will be reflected on the checkout screen after adding to the cart. Areas not covered by shipping cannot be checked out on the system.

About Returns

For the following items, we will exchange the product at our expense.

  • If the delivered product is different from the ordered product
  • If a damaged product is received due to trouble during delivery

We take every precaution with our products, but in the unlikely event that there is any defect in the delivered product, please contact us via the inquiry form within 5 days of receiving the product. In such cases, we will bear the return shipping cost.


Non-Returnable Items
Please note that returns cannot be accepted for the following items:

  • Products with scratches or damage caused by the customer's responsibility
  • Products returned without prior notification of return or exchange request to us
  • Products for which 5 days have passed since their arrival
  • Products for which it was indicated at the time of sale that returns/exchanges are not possible

Once an order is confirmed, we cannot accept changes or cancellations. Therefore, please confirm your order details before making your selection.
