Payment Methods

Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped within 3 weeks after confirmation of payment.

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 days after the shipping notification.

If you have not received your order after the expected delivery date, please check your mailbox for a delivery attempt notice.

※The post office holding period is 1 week. Please be aware that if 1 week passes after the notice is left, the package will be returned to us.

※Please note that we cannot reship orders if there was an error in the provided shipping address.

Domestic Shipping Fee

Standard shipping fee: 350 JPY flat rate nationwide

International Shipping Fee

Shipping fee (excluding consumption tax and customs duty)
Korea 3,400 JPY
America 7,900 JPY

The exact shipping cost will be reflected on the checkout screen after adding to the cart. Areas not covered by shipping cannot be checked out on the system.

Returns Policy

We will replace products at our own expense in the following cases:

  • If the delivered product differs from the one ordered
  • If the product is damaged due to shipping issues

While we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, should you find any defects, please contact us via our contact form within 5 days of arrival. In such cases, the shipping costs for returns will be covered by our shop.


Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Products that have been scratched or soiled due to customer negligence
  • Products returned without prior notice to us regarding a return or exchange
  • Products for which 5 days have passed since arrival
  • Products specifically stated as non-returnable/exchangeable at the time of sale

Please be aware that order changes or cancellations cannot be accepted once an order is confirmed, so please double-check your order details before finalizing.
